In this, our 10th Year, WAC Survey Insights and Strategy is celebrating its continued success and wants to make sure that you know that we will continue to offer products and services that meet the needs of our clients and prospects. While continuing to maintain our position as a top quality custom market research vendor specializing in quantitative market research, we will also implement and deliver insights-driven research from outside the traditional custom quantitative MR space.    

In fact, we have always been doing this since the company’s founding in 1986.  Still, we want to underscore this so that you know WAC Survey Insights and Strategy will continue to  provide dynamic business growth insights about whom to sell, what to sell, why and how to sell in order to assist you in increasing your organization’s bottom-line sales and market share. We are researchers who think like marketers.  Thus, we are now, more than ever, a custom market research firm emphasizing analytics, innovation and the rigorous measurement of communications effectiveness to identify those sweet spots that will drive future brand growth.

So, in addition to our cut-above quantitative practice (concept and design testing, tracking studies, branding and positioning, segmentation research, product line optimization, conjoint studies, product testing, advertising research, pricing studies, basic market surveys, brand loyalty, early adoption, emotion, packaging. logo, name and spokesperson assessments, etc.), we will also be providing three additional research tools:

                  1- a full qualitative capability: (online usability lab, ethnographics, synectics, ideational sessions, semiotics, focus groups and one-on-one depth interviews)

                  2- social media insights : Gathering customer insights from social media communities is rapidly becoming a viable alternative to focus groups and in-depth interviews. As social media analytics evolve and improve, quantitative research is also being seriously challenged. As we move into an age where listening to customers is becoming more important than asking questions, and engaging in conversation is taking the place of market surveys, knowing how to speak the customer’s language is becoming increasingly more important. We know that customers will be much more likely to engage with brands that they feel are on their wavelength.

                  3- top-grade data mining capability: D-base tagging and development of algorithms from previous studies (e.g. segmentation), then tagging panel or other existing D-bases for future studies - - also, re-running existing or previous studies, applying multivariate procedures where promising to glean added insights.  For example, we just identified a new configuration of menu items for a restaurant chain by re-examining a study that had been under-analyzed by one of their other research vendors
